The Step-By-Step Processs To Get A Puck

1 / Share Your Container Details
Send us a product sample, container drawing, or CAD file along with basic information about your packaging line. Our engineering team typically reviews new projects and begins initial design planning within 1–2 business days.
2 / Engineering & Design
Using advanced CAD modeling, our engineers design a custom puck tailored to your container geometry and packaging equipment. Most initial designs are completed within a few days, depending on project complexity.
3 / Protoype & Evaluation
When appropriate, we produce a 3D-printed prototype so you can confirm container fit and stability on your line. Prototypes are typically available within about a week, allowing design validation before tooling begins.
4 / Tooling & Production
Once the design is approved, our in-house tool shop builds the mold and prepares for injection molding production. Tooling is typically completed by agreed-upon-deadlines, after which full production begins.
5 / Delivery & Reordering
Finished pucks are delivered ready for immediate use on your packaging line. Every puck design is assigned a unique part number, and Advantage Puck retains the production mold and reference samples, making future reorders fast and simple. When additional carriers are needed, customers can reorder quickly with confidence that each puck will match the original design and performance.
